1. The fee paid by the customer is for the service of checking for a driving test date, within the window you nominate to us.
2. There are 2 service levels, standard and premium. We search every 15 minutes whilst the DVSA website is online on the standard account, the premium account is for checks online every 5 minutes.
3. Once we find you a driving test date within the search window you specify to us, we will send you a text or call you to alert you of the test date reservation we have made for you.
4. You normally get 15 minutes to confirm via SMS or reply to our call to confirm you want the driving test date to be moved by us.
5. If we cannot book the date we have held for you, we will keep searching until a more convenient date becomes available.
6. We cannot be held responsible for any test dates postponed by the DVSA for any reason, our service is for the searching and helping you to book a driving test date at a more convenient date and time. We do not provide driving instructors, vehicle insurance or vehicles for the driving test.
7. Once you have received confirmation that we have managed to change your test date, you should ensure that you receive a new booking confirmation email/letter from the DVSA, plus we suggest that you check online to ensure the test date has been changed correctly for you.
Upon booking, in the event of our own technical difficulties, you authorise us to provide your booking form entry details to a third party, which we deem necessary and at our own extra expense, in order for you to be provided with a continuous service of providing you with driving test cancellations and to maintain 100% service level.
The data will only be used in the effort to find you a driving test and allow you to be satisfied with the service.
1. We offer a money back guarantee, so if you do not receive any alerts from us of driving test dates within your search window within 7 days, we are happy to cancel the service and refund your payment.
2. If you have been offered test dates within the day window then you will not be eligible for a refund.
1. We only offer unlimited usage on the £12.99 plan. Each purchase is for the license holder only. Should you fail the driving test then we can begin searching for another test date, once the new booking reference number is received and search window is specified to us.
